~Wolfie
I decided, stupidly, that it was time to work with Salem. Since he was too wild to be kept in a stall, I grabbed a lunge line from the tack room and headed out to his small corral. He was, as usual, running circles. I whistled to him and he skidded to a stop. He saw me coming towards him and, seeing that I had a lunge line, bolted to the far side of the corral. I sighed and stood on the fence, watching his beautiful coat shine in the sun.

Journey
I was famished. I hadn't eaten in five days. As I was walking toward Spencer's car, I passed a corral. There was a girl standing on the fence watching a horse as if it was the most fascinating creature in the world. But, honestly, to me they just stink.

~Wolfie
As I was watching Salem, he stopped and stared beyond me. I turned slightly and saw a girl standing behind me. I flicked my tail and turned completely back to Salem, who had taken an aggressive stance toward this girl. I jumped over the fence, stupidly, and stood right inside with Salem. I growled quietly and Salem turned toward me. He was pawing the ground angrily. When I turned back to the girl, I noticed Salem had taken a protective stance between us. "Witch Trials!" I said, using Salem's registered name. He flicked an ear back to me and remained focused on the girl. I swished my tail, slightly worried.

Journey
I shrugged, pulling a cig out of my pocket and lighting it. I blew the smoke from my mouth before saying, "Hey."

~Wolfie
"You're not supposed to smoke around the barn." I growled at her, unable to keep my frustration hidden.

Journey
I snorted. Like I ever listened to the rules anyway. "Whatever. I wasn't planning on staying anyway."

~Wolfie
Feeling her critical gaze upon my harness and collar, I snorted. "Whatever." I said mockingly, Salem still protectively standing between us.

Journey
I wasn't going to stand there and be mocked by some weirdo. I blew out a stream of smoke and continued toward the car.

~Wolfie
Feeling my anger rise up, I jumped the fence in one easy move, and started following the girl. I could feel the beginnings of a shift, and I started growling. When she turned around, the shift was beginning. My fangs were full length, my tail had bristled, and my ears had become lupine.

Journey
I could feel my fangs poke at my lip as they enlarged. This girl was not normal. I threw the cig down and ground it out with my heel, preparing for a fight.

~Wolfie
I snarled as she threw her cigarette on the ground. My fur bristled as I prepared to kick her skinny little butt.

Journey
I prepared for a fight, my fangs now fully extended.
Spencer
I could feel my face pale as I walked out of the stables, only to see Wolfie and my cousin, Journey, about to tackle each other. The ground rumbled beneath my feet as I panicked.

~Wolfie
I flicked my hands down, claws extended. I grinned a wolfish grin, seeing a flash of panic cross her face.
~Max
I walked out of the barn to see a werewolf and a vampire ready to fight it out. I tilted my head a bit, and then recognized the black furred werewolf.

Spencer
The rumbling got more violent and a crack appeared in the ground next to my feet.
Journey
I hissed, baring my fangs. This freak was going down.

~Max
I knew the werewolf was my old friend, Wolfie. I put my hands around my mouth, raised my face to the sky, and let out a long, mournful howl.
~Wolfie
I raised a paw, ready to take this girl down. Then I heard a howl. The howl. The one my friend, Max, used to use to call me. I turned and saw him, and then turned into a puppy. I bolted over to him, jumping up and licking his face, knocking him over. He laughed and hugged my neck.
